Questions to be planned !
Its not surprised if we say that planning question is in the same importance with lesson planning. Good planning considers the kind of thinking the teacher wants the students to engage in .Planning questions specifically and in details can make a big difference in the quality of a class discussion and the development of students understanding and higher level thinking. what teachers should care about is the invitational language of the question by mean framing questions that allow participation of all students and avoid questions that close down thinking. Its known that asking questions is one of the strategies used by teachers to check for understanding so planning for such questions is an important step to be done. The most valuable questions are those that are open by mean questions with multiple answers to have the chance to get the higher number of responses in class, in contrast to the closed questions that accept one response.

How to be clear?
why some teachers are better than others at getting us to understand things? what do they do to be more clear?. Clear teachers do more than speaking and lecturing, they guide students thinking toward constructing learning. This code for a mental act within students mind that will result in their understanding. For a teacher to be clear in class, several tasks should be done by them which are referred as teachers behaviors toward clarity. The most important one from these tasks is framing the learning or framing a big picture about it, this start by communicating the objectives with students about what they should know and be able to do at the end of instruction. In addition to that clarity is found in the domain of presenting by mean what explanatory devices could be used by teacher that serve understanding of the lesson. A clear and simple terms code for better understanding and communication with students that effect their performance and achievement in class.

Attention
Focusing students attention is one of the most fundamental management challenges a teacher face daily, hourly, and moment to moment on any classroom. Engaging and involving students on task in groups or individual learning experiences is what attention is all about. Researches showed many strategies that could be used to hold students attention, teacher physical movement is one of them. Continuous physical movement during instruction is critical to maintain the highest level of attention. The movement doesn't have to be a break from the focus of the lesson, but if students move periodically, they will remain more alert and focused for longer period of time.
what about nonvolunteers students?
Some teachers may have much problem in encouraging students to respond to questions. Observing of any class tend to show us that there are several students who don't volunteer responses, often because the teacher call on students who are quick to response. If teachers care about all students, then they must encourage non volunteers to respond. when teachers become more knowledgeable about their students interests, it become easier to prompt students by asking them questions that are related to their area of interest. A good method for increasing non volunteer participation is by asking them questions that they will be likely to answer successfully, and when they respond a positive feedback from the teacher encourage them to continue responding. As a general rule, the most effective way to encourage students to participate is to deal with them sincerely since no studnet will volunteer if his/her respose will be meet by sarcasm or hostility.
Is there any exceptionality?
A wide variety of students can be described as exceptional.Teachers must know how they can adapt their instruction to meet the learning needs of a diverse school population. Exceptionality have no single definition by mean it vary between several categories that could be used to describe the range of students that may be present in a classroom that include gifted students and students with learning disabilities . These categories include intellectual, behavioral, and physical exceptions that teachers must take in consideration during instruction Some students have superior intelligence however others are slow to learn so what meet the first will not meet the second. In relation to physical exception, some students specially those with mobility disabilities should have a special care from the teacher in a way to show them that disabilities are not barrier for learning.
Parents education along with studnets achievment
Parents’
education is one of the most important factors influencing child’s achievement motivation.
Highly
educated parents have greater success in providing their children with the
cognitive and language skills that contribute to early success in school. The relationship
of parents’ education to their children’s achievement motivation in academic
area is meditated by parents’ beliefs and behaviors are likely to be influenced
by their educational experiences and how these parental beliefs and behaviors
actually influence children’s achievement motivation in academic area.
Time, effort, and commitment to build a strong
parental involvement program are indeed offset by the improvement in students’
academic performance and attitude toward learning.
Lack of parents’ educational qualification has
negative impact on student achievement, they need to assist student at home and
assess educational needs of their children.

learning styles
To meet all students needs, teachers must have a variety in the learning styles in class. Students abilities must be taken in consideration by teacher, for that its not fair to work on one strategy all the year without caring if its effective or not. Before going to the strategies, we should start with the teacher content knowledge by mean teachers cant teach what they don't understand or if they know basics facts about the topic. when this step is passed, its the time to look for pedagogical content knowledge which is understanding the ways of presenting a topic and what makes its learning easy or difficult. Back to the styles, teacher must have a repertoire of strategies that give them opportunity to choose the best one of them that fit the lesson.Even in the same period, different objectives may require different ways in presenting so its not a force to use one style all the year or even all the session.
