Planning
Planning is a dynamic process.Planning instruction or lesson means establishing priorities, goals, objectives, and establishing learning priorities for students. Effective planning has a positive impact on students achievement, its a time-consuming process for the beginning teachers. As teachers gain experience , they will begin to know which activities take detailed planning and which do not. A good plan provides teachers with the context for the decisions , so they ask themselves does this new opportunity contribute more positively to the objectives of the lesson? Are they meeting a students important need with a lesson detour. Addressing students differences is extremely difficult, even experienced teacher struggle to meet the learning needs of all their students. However as they gain experience and confidence in the teaching and learning processes, they will begin planning for and addressing individual students needs.

All teachers know that planning are important, but the question is:"Do they really know how to plan?" that is our teacher's problem nowadays.
ReplyDeleteThe word PLAN is a key. Planning in teaching is teacher's road map. I have learned from my poor experience that without planning, I will be lost! The teacher, if does not plan, might forget things and the students will know that the he/she isn't prepared. That's why we should ALWAYS have a lesson plan and a backup lesson plan since it tells that this teacher is a good one!
